Company History​

Sunshine Coast Civil was founded by Liam Kelleher in November 2017, in response to the demand for additional pipe crews in and around the Sunshine Coast. Initially focused on pipe infrastructure work, Sunshine Coast Civil expanded into land development after successfully securing and delivering projects such as the Stocklands development of Aura.

As a Principal Contractor, Sunshine Coast Civil has consistently delivered projects on time and on budget, building a reputation for excellence in the industry. Today, Sunshine Coast Civil is known for its ability to self-deliver projects of all sizes, including government road maintenance work that is completed day and night.

This commitment to quality and safety has allowed Sunshine Coast Civil to work alongside Tier 1 Contractors and strengthened our capabilities in quality assurance. Although we are a young company, our experienced team brings real industry experience to each project, ensuring successful completion every time.
