Civil foreman

Permanent · Full time

Lead and coordinate on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the client's satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Supervising and managing daily on-site operations, including pre-start meetings and ongoing team coordination.

Planning and executing project requirements, including labour, plant and equipment, materials and subcontractor management.

Reporting to senior management on project progress, resource allocation, schedules, costs and any potential challenges.

Ensuring compliance with Sunshine Coast Civil's Safety, Quality and Environmental policies and procedures.

Overseeing site inductions, approving team timesheets and conducting plant and equipment prestart checks.

You will need

At least 5 years of supervision experience in a similar role.

Proven experience managing subdivision, commercial and civil pipework projects.

Demonstrated experience supervising teams of 6–10 people.

Proficiency in programming and subcontractor management.

Valid work visa or equivalent Australian work rights.

Lay sewer, stormwater and water main as part of a crew committed to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.

You will need

Experience laying sewer, stormwater and water main.

Able to operate a dumpy level and set up a pipe laser (desirable).

Ability to read, interpret and understand plans desirable.
