Evans Built engaged Sunshine Coast Civil twice at Kremzow Road, Brendale — first for the bulk earthworks, stormwater and carpark pavement for a new Mesh and Bar facility, then fifteen months later for the external roadworks and drainage in Kremzow Road itself.

Site clearing, topsoil export, excavation, grading and compaction including haul roads and building pads, then subgrade preparation, asphalt and line marking to the carpark.

Stormwater pipes, tanks, inlets and connections with sediment and erosion control across the site, followed by the external roadworks and drainage in Kremzow Road.
